A fun, easy FQ-friendly pattern that includes baby, throw, twin, queen and king size quilts – plus a bonus layer cake king size.
The Lollies quilt pattern has instructions for:
- Baby quilt – finishes at approximately 42” x 46″
- Throw quilt – finishes at approximately 58″ x 70″
- Twin quilt – finishes at approximately 62″ x 92″
- Queen quilt – finishes at approximately 92″ x 96″
- King fat quarter (FQ) friendly quilt – finishes at approximately 102″ x 96″
- King layer cake (LC) friendly quilt – finishes at approximately 110½” x 103″
The bonus king layer cake size uses 10″ or layer cake squares.
Being fat quarter friendly, this pattern is a great stash buster. A random layout is scrappy chic, but you can also create single colour rows, columns or diagonals for a more ordered appearance. If you’re feeling up to it you could even start from the middle and create radiating diamond shapes with the lolly blocks. There are so many options there’s sure to be one that’ll suit your FQ bundle or stash.
